The "Senatore Cappelli" was born in Puglia at the beginning of the 1900s, today it preserves its organoleptic properties intact, it has not been genetically modified (no GMO) and is very well suited to organic cultivation because it is a resistant and adaptable cultivar.

Naturally rich in amino acids, lipids, minerals, vitamin of group B, it has a high protein content and a high digestibility that a very high quality grain, also suitable for those with slight gluten intolerances.
